CAVV Symposium 19 January 2023 - Invitation and Programme

On 19 January 2023, the CAVV organizes a symposium on which members of the CAVV will engage with a variety of speakers on the contribution of the CAVV to public international law debates and the political and societal dimensions thereof.

The aim of this symposium is to showcase the role and advisory reports of the CAVV. Members of the CAVV will present the work of the CAVV, zooming in on selected advisory reports. The symposium offers an opportunity to reflect on the function and position role of independent advisory bodies on issues of public international law from a national, international and comparative perspective.

Registration

The symposium is scheduled on 19 January 2023, from 13.00 till 17.00 in The Hague, at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Hague, the Netherlands.

N.B. It is not possible to attend the symposium without prior registration. Identification is required to enter the Ministry.
